Mr. Bass brings over 20 years of M&A, financial advisory, investment banking, and operations management experience to National Capital.
Prior to joining National Capital, Mr. Bass was a Vice President in the Corporate Finance department of Ferris, Baker Watts, Inc. and its successor, the Royal Bank of Canada, advising clients on M&A transactions and raising public and private capital in a multitude of industries. Previously, Mr. Bass spent over 5 years as a Management Consultant with Gemini Consulting and Keystone Partners LLC. Mr. Bass began his career at Siemens, working in the Manufacturing Technology division, tasked with delivering process improvements to Siemens' U.S. Divisions.
Mr. Bass earned his Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from Lehigh University and his Masters of Business Administration degree with a concentration in Finance from the Carroll Graduate School of Management at Boston College. He is a registered representative holding active Series 7, Series 79 and Series 63 licenses.
