Candidates for Investment

Candidates for investments will generally exhibit some or all of the following characteristics:

• Existing or near-term revenues of at least $30 million
• Competitive positioning with strong growth potential
• Strong and coachable management willing to retain a meaningful ownership stake
• Sound initial cash flow structure
• EBITDA margins of 10% to 25%
• Ability to improve EBITDA margins

In the case of project financing, we also look for a strong industrial sponsor as one of the significant stakeholders.
