Nina M. Siegler, C.F.A. (Board of Advisors)
Ms. Siegler has over twenty five years of financial research, market analysis, security and asset valuation (tangible and intangible), business strategy and execution, and business operations experience. Ms. Siegler served as a senior equity research analyst with Paine Webber Mitchell Hutchins, Prudential Bache Securities and Bradley & Company from 1981-1989. Her work included research and analysis in the Specialty Chemical, Medical, Biotechnology and Pharmaceutical industries. In 1985, Ms. Siegler earned the designation of Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA). From 1989 through 1992, Nina was part of a select group, which was instrumental in established the Office of Technology Transfer for the National Institutes of Health. From 1995 through 1997 Ms. Siegler developed the plan for the establishment of the Office of Technology Transfer at Johns Hopkins University. From 1997-2002 she served as its Director. Since 2002, Nina has served as a consultant, advisor, investor and Director to a number of privately held companies, while concurrently serving as an Advisory Board member to National Capital Companies, LLC.
Nina received an MBA from the Colgate Darden Graduate School of Business Administration, the University of Virginia, Charlottesville, VA, for which she was awarded a Sydney F. Small Scholarship. Earlier, she received a BS in Biology from the University of North Carolina, Chapel Hill, NC, and was honored as a Dean’s List Member.
